Creamy 5 Cheese Macaroni and Cheese

This mac and cheese is always a hit in my house! You don't have to make it with 5 different cheeses but I always like to use a cup of each different type of cheese we have. It makes the most flavourful, delicious mac and cheese ever.

2 cups of Goat’s Milk
5 cups of grated cheese (5 x 1 cup of a different cheese)
One box of macaroni pasta
Salt and Pepper
Optional Seasoning: Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Chili Powder, etc.
Add pasta to milk in a small sauce pot, shake some pepper and salt on top and bring to a boil. Careful not to let the milk run over and burn onto your burner. Once boiling reduce heat and let simmer for 5...

Marinated Taro Root

A marinated snack that can be used to replace late night bad habit cravings!

8 small taro roots
water
salt
1 cup yogurt, mixed with enough water to submerge roots (add salt)

  1. Wash the taro roots well.
  2. Slightly cut a slit into each root, but not big enough to split the root into two pieces. This will allow the water and marinade to go into the taro root
