4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 teaspoons flour
1 cup low sodium chicken broth
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
6 cloves garlic, minced
2 ounces 1/3 less fat cream cheese
1/2 cup heavy cream
1- 8 ounce can no salt added tomato sauce
1- 14.5 ounce can no salt added diced tomatoes
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
16 ounces spaghetti noodles, cooked
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 teaspoons flour

Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat and add chicken cooking until just done. When chicken is done transfer it to a baking dish keeping all drippings in the skillet.
