Chicken Pot Pie Soup
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 teaspoon Fines Herbes
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 yellow onion, diced
3-4 stalks celery, diced
1 broccoli crown, diced
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
5 cups chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup whole milk
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
salt and pepper to taste
dash Worcestershire sauce
dash hot pepper sauce
1 package finely shredded Cheddar cheese
1 refrigerated pie crust, thawed
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a small cookie sheet with foil. Sprinkle chicken breast with Fines Herbes and season with salt and pepper. Bake approximately 20 minutes until done. Allow to cool...
