Creamy Cinnamon Syrup is like pouring candy on your pancakes! Takes any pancakes, waffle or French Toast from ordinary to special!

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. corn syrup
1/4 c. water
1 t. cinnamon
8 oz. evaporated milk
1 t. vanilla
Combine sugar, corn syrup, water and cinnamon in a saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Simmer, stirring occasionally, for 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Add evaporated milk and vanilla. Serve warm.

A marinated snack that can be used to replace late night bad habit cravings!

8 small taro roots
water
salt
1 cup yogurt, mixed with enough water to submerge roots (add salt)

  1. Wash the taro roots well.
  2. Slightly cut a slit into each root, but not big enough to split the root into two pieces. This will allow the water and marinade to go into the taro root
