Creamy shredded chicken cooked to perfection in the crock pot. Green chiles and corn add a burst of welcome flavor.

For the cream of tomato soup
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
1/2 cup whole milk
1/2 cup broth
8 oz. tomato sauce
1/2 tsp salt
For the chicken
4 boneless chicken thighs*
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup corn
1 small can of green chiles
1 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
salt & pepper, to taste
