A fabulous family favorite, this Poppyseed Chicken is delicious. With the crisp crunchy topping it's a nice balance of tastes and textures. Perfect with a side-salad!

1 c. sour cream
1 tube Ritz crackers, crushed
1 tbsp. poppy-seeds
