1/2 cup Flour
3 cups Chicken Broth
2 cups Half and Half
1/2 tsp Rosemary (crushed)
1/2 tsp Thyme
1/2 tsp Onion Powder
1/2 tsp Ground Pepper
1 tsp Salt
1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
