I\\\'ve found the easy way to make lasagna!

For assembling it
- mozzarella;

Bolognese sauce

- 500 g chopped meat (I used pork)
- 2 large carrots;
- 3 large onions;
- 700 ml tomato paste;
- 1 tablespoon oil;
- 4-5 garlic cloves;
- 200 ml water;
- salt;
- pepper;
- thyme;

Bechamel sauce;

- 700 ml milk;
- 50 g butter;
- 200 g flour;
- salt;
- pepper;
- nutmeg;

Crepes

- 500 ml milk;
- 4 eggs;
- 250 g flour (depending on how thick do you want the crepes);
