Crispy Baked Turkey Spring Rolls

The spring rolls were tasty but not very pretty. Actually I find pork dinners always look a bit disappointing but always taste good. I will make this again. Everyone even HoneyBear liked the rolls, they were a big hit!

1 tablespoon garlic, minced
2 teaspoons fresh ginger, minced
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon olive oil, plus more for brushing on rolls
1.5 pound ground turkey
1 cup bagged cabbage coleslaw
2 chives, chopped
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
12 rice spring roll wrappers
Sweet chili sauce, for serving
