An easy to make family favorite!

1 cup Panko crumbs
2 Tablespoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon coarse salt and pepper
1 pound of boneless skinless chicken breast (if you can find pre-cut sliced chicken tenders, it saves time!)
2 eggs
1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard
1 tablespoon honey
