1 lb. Stew Beef Chopped into small cubes
2 Tablespoons Flour
2 teaspoons Seasoning Salt. I used Lawry’s but use what you like.
2 teaspoons Montreal Steak Seasoning
3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1 Medium Red or Brown Onion, Chopped
1 cup Chopped Mushrooms
1 cup Chopped Carrot
1.5 cups Chopped Red Potato
1 cup Chopped Fresh Green Beans
2 Garlic Cloves, finely Chopped
1/2 teaspoon Dried Oregano
1/2 teaspoon Dried Thyme
1/2 teaspoon Dried Sage
2 cups Chopped Chard or Kale
1/3 cup Frozen Peas. No need to defrost
1-2 Tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar

1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce

12 Grape Tomatoes, Chopped into quarters
2 Green Onions, Chopped

Bowl/Pan/Crock Prep:
Heat a deep frying pan to Medium High then add 2 Tablespoons of the Oil. In a Large Bowl add the Beef Cubes, Flour and both Seasoning Salts. Toss to coat the Beef Cubes in Flour....
