Using Brisket is a flavorful alternative to taco night, plus using your crock pot makes this so easy

2-3 lb brisket
1 onion, roughly chopped
2 cloves garlic, peeled and given a whack
1/2 C beef broth
2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp salt, kosher
1 T dehydrated onion (I used Onion Onion by Tastefully Simple)
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp coriander
1 tsp garlic powder
