Crock Pot Maple Brown Sugar Pork Roast

This slow cooker recipe is so easy, so delicious, and so juicy and tender. Everyone will love it. The left overs are just as good the next day. Pure awesomeness!

2 1/2 lb pork butt
1 tsp minced garlic
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 tbsp. mustard
2 tbsp. honey
2tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
1/2 tsp leaf thyme
Place the pork butt into the slow cooker. Combine all remaining ingredients until well blended, then pour over the pork. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours. When ready, remove the juices from the slow cooker, pour into a saucepan, and boil for 10 minutes. Serve pork with the juices over it.
