Crock to Grill Ribs

For a fall off the bone melt in your mouth southern style pork rib, try this recipe tonight. Only 4 ingredients

2 (2-3 pound) pork loin ribs
7 cups pineapple juice
3 cups brown sugar
1 ( 32 ounce) bottle BBQ sauce
7 cups pineapple juice
3 cups brown sugar
1 ( 32 ounce) bottle BBQ sauce
Spray your favorite crock pot. Cut your ribs into serving sizes. Place into crock pot. In a large bowl stir 6 cups pineapple juice with brown sugar. Pour this mixture over your ribs. Cook on high 7-8 hours or low 10-12 hours. Remove ribs from crock pot. Turn on your grill. (I use a George Foreman grill) In a bowl blend remaining pineapple juice with BBQ sauce. Place your ribs on heated grill and brush on your sauce.
Cook 10 minutes or until the sauce becomes thick.
