Crock to Grill Ribs

For a fall off the bone melt in your mouth southern style pork rib, try this recipe tonight. Only 4 ingredients

2 (2-3 pound) pork loin ribs

7 cups pineapple juice

3 cups brown sugar

1 ( 32 ounce) bottle BBQ sauce
Spray your favorite crock pot. Cut your ribs into serving sizes. Place into crock pot. In a large bowl stir 6 cups pineapple juice with brown sugar. Pour this mixture over your ribs. Cook on high 7-8 hours or low 10-12 hours. Remove ribs from crock pot. Turn on your grill. (I use a George Foreman grill) In a bowl blend remaining pineapple juice with BBQ sauce. Place your ribs on heated grill and brush on your sauce. Cook 10 minutes or until the sauce becomes thick. Grab your napkins you will need them!
