Crockpot Balsamic Pork Tenderloin – a slow cooked perfectly seasoned pork tenderloin served with a simple and sweet balsamic sauce.

3 lbs pork tenderloin
¾ tsp rubbed sage
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
1 Tbsp minced garlic
2/3 cup Parmesan cheese
½ cup water
Sauce
1 cup brown sugar
2 Tbsp cornstarch
½ cup balsamic vinegar
1 cup water
4 Tbsp soy sauce
¾ tsp rubbed sage
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
1 Tbsp minced garlic
2/3 cup Parmesan cheese
½ cup water
Sauce
1 cup brown sugar
2 Tbsp cornstarch
½ cup balsamic vinegar
1 cup water
4 Tbsp soy sauce
Mix together the seasonings: sage, salt, pepper and garlic.
Rub over tenderloin.
Place ½ cup water in slow cooker; place tenderloin in slow cooker.
Sprinkle the parmesan cheese on top of tenderloin.
