Slow Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup. Great easy delicious recipe. My entire family loves it!

Soup:
1.5 lbs. chicken breast (frozen)
2 cups frozen corn
1 can (14.5oz) no salt added petite diced tomatoes, drained
5 cups organic, low sodium chicken broth
3/4 cups diced green pepper
3/4 cups diced yellow onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 tsp chili powder
Salt & pepper, to taste
Toppings: (optional)
Cheddar jack cheese, shredded
Tortilla strips
Add all of the soup directions to slow cooker and cook on low for 8 hours. Remove chicken breast to bowl, shred w/ fork or stand mixer and return to soup. Mix well. Dish into bowls and serve topped with cheese & tortilla strips.
