Sweet and Spicy Twist on the classic Fried Chicken N' Waffles! Delicous and so easy.

1.5-2 lbs Boneless Chicken Breasts
1/4-1/3 cup strawberry preserves (or jelly)
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
3 TBS brown sugar
2 TBS maple syrup
1/2 tsp of each red pepper flakes, lemon pepper, and minced garlic
1/4 tsp each Chili powder and Salt
2 TBS Lemon Juice
2 1/4 cups water
1 small yellow onion finely diced (opt)
1/4-1/3 cup strawberry preserves (or jelly)
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
3 TBS brown sugar
2 TBS maple syrup
1/2 tsp of each red pepper flakes, lemon pepper, and minced garlic
1/4 tsp each Chili powder and Salt
2 TBS Lemon Juice
2 1/4 cups water
1 small yellow onion finely diced (opt)
