(can also use thighs)
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. low sodium soy sauce
4 T. apple cider vinegar
3/4 t. ground ginger
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 t. pepper
4 t. cornstarch
4 t. cold water
