Crouton Chicken with Country Gravy

Breaded chicken using crushed croutons covered with country gravy.

Chicken:
2lbs of Skinless Boneless Chicken (I used thighs, but you could easily use breast or whatever you have on hand)
2 Cups of Croutons
1-2 eggs. (beaten)

Country Gravy:
1/2 Cup of Butter or bacon/sausage drippings
3/4 Cup of Flour
1 Teaspoon of Salt
1 Teaspoon of Pepper
4 Cups of Milk

Chicken: Put the croutons in a plastic baggie and roll a rolling pin over the bag. Make sure the baggie is closed before doing this. Roll the rolling pin over the croutons till the desired consistency. Mine...
