I delicious, crummy, dryish coffee cake with the perfect sugar streusel inside and out!

Cake

1 1/2 Cup Flour
1 1/2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
3/4 Cup Sugar
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
1/4 Cup Canola Oil
1 Egg
3/4 Cup Milk

Streusel

3/4 Cup Packed Brown Sugar
2 Tablespoons Cinnamon
4 Tablespoons Melted Butter
4 Tablespoons Flour
