Crunchy Baked Pork Chops

I had leftover dried stuffing that had to be used so why not use it as a crunchy coating to baked pork chops?

2 tablespoons butter
1 large egg
2 tablespoons milk
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1/2 cup dry seasoned stuffing mix or bread crumbs (stuffing mix broken up in small pieces)
1/2 teaspoon grated parmesan cheese
2 pork chops (1/2-3/4 inch thick)
1 large egg
2 tablespoons milk
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1/2 cup dry seasoned stuffing mix or bread crumbs (stuffing mix broken up in small pieces)
1/2 teaspoon grated parmesan cheese
2 pork chops (1/2-3/4 inch thick)
Pre-heat oven to 350. In a shallow dish, mix the melted butter, milk and egg. In a second shallow dish, mix the salt and pepperm garlic powder, poultry seasoning, stuffing and grated parmesan.
