Crunchy Noodle Salad

2 200g pkg udon noodles
1/4 cup rice vinegar
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp finely grated fresh ginger
340g pkg rainbow or broccoli slaw
2 tsp sesame seeds
Cook noodles according to package directions (omitting seasoning), 2 to 3 min. Drain and rinse noodles with cold water. Set aside. Whisk vinegar with soy, honey and ginger in a large bowl. Stir in noodles, slaw and sesame seeds until well coated. Serve noodles with Sizzling spicy steak.
