Crusted Ravioli

Here is a fun idea for serving ravioli... rather than hiding them in some sort of sauce, why not knock the sauce to the side and make the ravioli the main attraction? It's now a finger food, great for dipping or snacking.

1 pound frozen ravioli
1/2 tsp salt (for water)
1/2 TBS oil
1 cup Italian bread crumbs
1/4 cup shredded Italian blend cheese
1/2 tsp salt (for crumbs)
Preheat the oven to 375 F. Boil a pot of water with salt. Put the ravioli in the boiling water and let it boil until the ravioli floats to the top (3-5 minutes). Drain the ravioli and rinse with cold water...
