Cupcakes of Any Flavor!

A deliciously moist, and versatile cupcake recipe!

Cupcakes:
1 box of your favorite flavor cake mix
1 (3.9oz) box of your favorite flavor INSTANT pudding mix
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup milk
1 cup sour cream
4 eggs
1 Tlb. Vanilla Bean Paste

Frosting:
1/2 cup shortening
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1 lb. powdered sugar
4 Tlbs. flour
4 Tlbs. heavy cream
1 large egg white
1 Tlb. Vanilla Bean Paste

Optional:
Food coloring
Sprinkles
Other favorite decorations!
Cupcakes: 1. Mix all ingredients together. 2. Fill the cupcake tins with liners and 2/3 full of the batter. 3. Bake cupcakes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes. 4. Remove from oven and cool completely before frosting and decorating. 5. To make the frosting: Beat the shortening and butter; add remaining ingredients and beat until fluffy. 6. Tip for frosting: If you do not have a decorating bag, take a large zip-lock bag and cut a small hole in the tip of the corner. Push desired frosting tip through and fill the bag with frosting! You can also simply make the hole you cut larger and frost using it without a tip, the frosting may just come out thicker.
