2 cups carrots, chopped
2 cups potatoes, peeled and diced
3 cups low fat chicken broth
1 cup lite coconut milk (Taste of Thai)
2 tablespoons curry powder
2 teaspoons garam masala
14 ounces frozen cauliflower
