A blend of unique ingredients all wrapped up in a puff pastry.

1 package Pepperidge Farms Frozen Puff Pastry (package contains 2 sheets)
1 clove garlic (finely chopped)
1 cup Broccoli (chopped into small pieces)
8-10 Baby carrots (sliced)
1/4 cup Red Onion (chopped)
4 tablespoons Organic pumpkin
2 1/2 tablespoons Coconut Milk
1/2 teaspoon Yellow Curry Powder (use more if you like a strong curry flavor)
5 twists Black pepper from grinder
