Dairy free coffe ice cream

Dairy free, easy and ice cream machine free! This super easy recipe is the base for any flavor. For fruity version replace coffee for a cup of fruits purée and go easy with the sugar.

6 egg yolks
6 egg withea
3/4 cup vegetable oil
5 tea spoons instant coffee
3/4 cup sugar

Go with the mixer until egg withes grow as snow. Add sugar. Go with the mixer one minute in the pot whit oil, egg yolks and coffee. Combine the two mixes and freeze for two hours. After that mix again with a fork and freeze again at least two more hours.
