Dairy-Free Samoas (Copycat)

If you want to eat girl scout cookies all year long, but don't want to pay a bundle, this is the recipe for you. If you have a lactose allergy, then you can still enjoy delicious samoas. It takes some work, but if you recruit help from your family and friends, it will be a lot easier.

2 cups flour
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon water
1 cup margarine
1 cup margarine
2 cups sugar
2 cups almond milk
1 cup light corn syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 pound shredded coconut
1 pound semi-sweet chocolate
