Dal and puffed rice wada

This is a deep fried snack which can be enjoyed with chutney. The dal/ pulse used here is called bengal gram spilt and skinned legume. This is mixed with puffed rice/poha to make this delicious appetizer.

2 cups chana dal
2 cups puffed rice/poha
1 large onion fine chopped
3-4 green chillies, minced
half bunch cilantro
half inch ginger, minced
Curry leaves (optional)
salt to taste
Oil for frying
