Mouth watering, eye rolling, roll up your sleeves and dig in good! The dry rub on these ribs takes it over the top.

Ribs pork or beef

Rub
4 Tbsp brown sugar
2 Tbsp paprika
1 Tbsp kosher salt
2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion salt
1 tsp celery salt
1tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp ground cumin

Favorite BBQ sauce (I used Sweet Baby Rays)
