Dark Chocolate Fudgy Granola Bars

A decadent fudgy dark chocolate with peanut butter granola bar. These bars are no-bake, easy, and healthy

½ cup dark chocolate chips
¼ cup + 1 tbsp. coconut oil
½ cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup rice krispie cereal
1 cup oats + ¼ cup oat flour (oats ground to a flour consistency-measure AFTER grinding them)
½ cup chopped almonds, or sub another “add-in” such as raisins, peanuts, cranberries, etc.
Optional: ½ tsp. vanilla extract and ? tsp. salt (recommended if your peanut butter doesn’t have salt)
In a small bowl, combine the dark chocolate chips, coconut oil, peanut butter, (and if desired: salt, and vanilla). Microwave for 30 seconds. Remove and stir for 30 seconds. Return to microwave for 15 more...
