Dark Chocolate Lava Cakes

These little lovelies are gooey, rich, and loaded with dark chocolate. They are easy to prepare which makes them perfect for a Valentine's Day dinner.

6 oz bittersweet chocolate, broken into small pieces
2 tbsp heavy cream
2 tbsp powdered sugar
2 tbsp flour
2 extra large eggs
2 extra large egg yolks
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
fresh raspberries, whipped cream or vanilla ice-cream for serving
