These tasty little things have no refined sugar are low fat and packed with dates and nuts!

5 dates (pitted)
2 tablespoons honey (or agave syrup)
1.5 tablespoons chia seeds
2 tablespoons water (see below)
1.5 tablespoons coconut oil (melted)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla sugar (or essence/extract)
80g hazelnuts
2 tablespoons cocoa powder (extra for sprinkling)
