A rich deep dish chocolate cookie with caramel candies and a caramel whipped topping!

8 oz semi sweet chocolate, chopped
¾ cup brown sugar
¼ cup butter softened
2 eggs
½ teaspoon vanilla
½ cup flour
¼ teaspoon baking powder
1 cup Mini Milky Way Bites, chopped

1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/8 teaspoon salt
¼ cup caramel ice cream topping
