A decadent looking cake that is actually gluten free, is low fat and has no refined sugar

30g butter (melted and cooled slightly)
1 tablespoon water and 2 teaspoons instant coffee
1 tablespoon coconut sugar
2 tablespoons milk (any)
65g coconut flour
50g cocoa
170g apple sauce (unsweetened)
3 eggs
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 tablespoons honey (or maple syrup)
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Drizzle:
30g dark, good quality chocolate (at least 70%)
Handful of pistachios (or any other nuts) chopped – optional
1 tablespoon water and 2 teaspoons instant coffee
1 tablespoon coconut sugar
2 tablespoons milk (any)
