Sooji ka halwa is a sweet dish that almost every Pakistani knows about. Eaten and liked by almost every family in Pakistan, sooji ka halwa is prepared in many different styles and each one has its own taste. I love sooji ka halwa since I was a kid and learned cooking it by watching my mom as she prepared it almost every other day in winters.
