Traditional Mughlai Main course item loaded with chopped vegetables, spices and flavors of mint and saffron.

1 cup Mint leaves, (finely chopped)
1 cup Corainder leaves, (finely chopped)
3 tbsp Biryani masala ( available in indian Grocery stores)
6 cloves,
3 cinnamon,
6 cardamom,
2 tsp Cumin seeds
1 tbsp Ginger garlic chilli paste
2 tsp Black pepper
1 cup Fried onions, shallow fry slices of onions
150 gm cottage cheese, chopped (little bit long size)
½ cup Carrots, chopped (little bit long size)
½ cup Potatoes, chopped (little bit long size)
½ cup Cauliflower, chopped (little bit long size)
½ cup Beans, chopped (little bit long size)
1½ cup Rice
¼ cup Curds
¼ cup Fresh cream
Salt to taste
