Devil's Food Cake Cupcake

Bake to impress! Moist and Chocolaty Devil's Food cake made into Cupcakes. Taste best chilled and even better the day after!

Cake

1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
3/8 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup hot coffee
1/2 cup milk
1 large eggs
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Frosting

1/2 cup milk
2 1/2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
