Diced Shrimp Deviled Eggs

A one-of-a-kind recipe blending the flavors of shrimp and egg.

10 large eggs
6 ounces of cooked shrimp deveined and diced finely
4 ounces mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 ounce of onion diced finely
2 ounces yellow mustard
1/2 teaspoon celery salt
4 tablespoons sweet pickle relish plus 1 tablespoon of the relish juices
Hard boil the eggs, remove the shells and cut each egg in half. Place the egg whites onto a plate and then place the egg yolks into a large mixing bowl along with all of the remaining ingredients and blend them together with a mixer set on low speed. Fill each center of the egg whites with the mixture and chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving. These are great when garnished with a pinch of lemon pepper salt and some freshly diced parsley.
