Dijon Chicken breasts are fast and easy to cook, so it is perfect for those occasions when guests are on the doorstep. Unusually soft chicken breast will please anyone. Cut the fillet lengthwise into thin layers. Beat them, but not very much, so they do not fall apart. Mix Dijon mustard with soy sauce and pickle chicken in it for 5-10 minutes. Do not add salt, because soy sauce already has enough of it. Put breasts in breadcrumbs and fry for 3-4 minutes, until breast will be golden color.
