1 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
1 cup demerara sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 3/4 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/8 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups quick cooking oats
