It’s my friend Becca’s birthday on Thursday & a few bloggers decided to celebrate not only with delicious recipes (duh), but also with killer giveaways every day this week (scroll down to the end of this post if you’re just here to enter). 1 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
1 cup demerara sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 3/4 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/8 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups quick cooking oats
For the marshmallow frosting
2 egg whites
1/2 cup demerara sugar
1/4 tsp cream of tartar
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 cup demerara sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 3/4 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/8 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups quick cooking oats
For the marshmallow frosting
