With a few simple changes, you can take your box brownie to the next level. Featuring an improved, deliciously fudgy texture and enhanced chocolate flavor, people probably won’t know they’re from a box!

6 tbsp. butter, melted
2 tbsp. cooking oil (vegetable or canola)
3 tbsp. coffee (the stronger, the better!)
1 ¼ C. chocolate chips, divided *See note below!*

6 tbsp. butter, melted
2 tbsp. cooking oil (vegetable or canola)
3 tbsp. coffee (the stronger, the better!)
2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 large eggs
