Dump and Bake Pizza Pasta Casserole

Pizza inspired pasta where you literally dump all of the ingredients into a baking dish and bake.

16 ounces elbow pasta
24 ounces pizza sauce
3 cups water
5 ounce package pepperoni
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Preheat the oven to 425º F. Lightly grease a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray. In the prepared baking dish add the uncooked pasta, pizza sauce, water and 3/4 of the pepperoni, stir everything together....

Marinated Taro Root

8 small taro roots
water
salt
1 cup yogurt, mixed with enough water to submerge roots (add salt)

  1. Wash the taro roots well.
  2. Slightly cut a slit into each root, but not big enough to split the root into two pieces. This will allow the water and marinade to go into the taro root
