Dump and Bake Taco Casserole

There’s no prep necessary for the easiest dinner possible – Dump and Bake Taco Casserole! A complete healthy meal cooks in one dish —complete with Salsa Rice, Cheesy Turkey Meatballs and all of the toppings.

2 cups taco sauce
½ cup water
1 can (15 ounces) diced tomatoes (undrained)
1 tablespoon taco seasoning
1 cup uncooked long grain white rice
24 bite-sized frozen turkey meatballs (about 340 grams), thawed
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Cheddar cheese
Optional toppings: sliced green onion, diced avocado, sliced tomatoes, sliced olives

1/2 cup onions ( diced )
1 can (4 oz) green chilis ( fire-roasted and diced )
1/3 package block style cream cheese ( full fat )
3/4 cup Mozzarella Cheese ( shredded )
3/4 cup Pepperjack Cheese
1/2 cup LALA Crema Mexicana
