Dutch Oven Lemon Poppy Seed Bundt Cake

It is always fun when you are camping to pull a Bundt cake out of a Dutch Oven. People are accustomed to seeing a cobbler or a cake, but a Bundt cake can be very impressive. You are sure to get some oooos and ahhhhs from your family and friends. You just need a deep camp oven so that you have enough room for the extra pan. 1 lemon cake mix
1 small instant lemon pudding
¼ cup poppy seeds
½ cup oil
1 cup water
4 eggs
Lemon Glaze
? cup butter
2 cups powdered sugar
¼ cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
