This Chocolate-Mint Grasshopper Pie is quite possibly the simplest thing you'll ever make. And talk about yummy! If you're a mint/chocolate fan, this one's for you! And, there's only three ingredients!

1 ready-made Oreo Pie Crust
3 1/2 cups Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream
Chocolate Syrup for topping
