{Easy, 5 minute} Fire Roasted Salsa

Ditch the jarred salsa for this amazing and super fast homemade fire roasted salsa! Uses convenient cans of fire roasted tomatoes to save time, but still delivers tons of flavor. Too easy and fast not to try.

2 cans (14.5 oz each) fire roasted diced tomatoes, undrained
1/2 of a sweet onion, roughly chopped
1 Jalapeno, sliced and seeded
1 handful cilantro, roughly chopped
Juice of 1/2 a lime
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar
Combine all ingredients into a food processor or a blender. Pulse until desired consistency is reached. This gets better after sitting in the fridge for 2-3 hours, but is still delicious if eaten right...
