1 small onion, finely diced
1 celery rib, finely diced
2 Tablespoons red bell pepper, finely diced
4 Tablespoons butter, divided
1 cup crabmeat, drained
1/3 cup panko breadcrumbs
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/2 teaspoon seafood seasoning
6 - 4 ounce tilapia filets
Salt to taste
Paprika to taste
