Easy Baked Meat Loaf
This savory meat loaf does not have a trace of sweetness in it and can be as spicy hot as you want! Hope you try and enjoy it too.

2 pounds ground meat (I usually use ground beef or sometimes combined with pork and/or chicken)
2 eggs
1 onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 cup grated carrots
1/2 cup tomatoes
1 cup bread crumbs or flour
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon ground black pepper
1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoons to 4 tablespoons hot sauce (depending on how hot you want it )
4 tablespoons tomato sauce or tomato catsup
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large bowl, combine and mix all the ingredients using your hands.
Place mixture in a lightly greased 10×10 baking dish.
Put in the oven and bake for 1 hour.
